Need Help Overclocking my Vega 56!

Hello guys! So, I just got done building my first custom water loop (with hardline tubing)! (Well, I build a mineral oil PC with an external passive radiator, but I dont count it) and of course, I got a alphacool waterblock for my Vega 56 card (Gigabyte gaming OC Vega 56) It's an AIB Card, So if I try flashing any other type of BIOS On there, I get a black screen. The card has Hynix HBM, so It doesn't overclock well.
ANYWAYS, I've tried messing with the powerplay table mod, but it doesn't seem to help performance, With 150% power limit offset, I still cant get the GPU to get to 1700mhz speeds, I have it set to 1770 in afterburner, but it only actually goes to 1600mhz... What am I missing? Should I still "Undervolt?" Max out the voltage slider? keep it at 0? Can i get some help here?.

EDIT: Found my issue. The card will throttle clock speeds as soon as it his 50c. Anyway to get around this?

Hello,
the MSI™ Radeon™ RX Vega 56 Air Boost oc might have a compatible bios as it uses Hynix™ HBM and Samsung™ HBM. it is a 1620mhz max clock bios and might help. I have managed to get a clock of 1680mhz from my MSI™ Radeon™ RX Vega 56 cards which also use the Hynix™ HBM.

Fixed my issue, I forgot a thermal pad on the back of the car (some of the VRM is actually on the backside of this AIB card), and I hit 1760mhz currently. Now trying to push my HBM

I'm currently #7 in the world for Time Spy on a R5 2600 and Vega 56, I would easily be #1 if my Hynix memory wasn't trash. I'm only hitting 860 on HBM

well done on that score, im 2nd on the AMD™ Ryzen R7 1700 with AMD™ Radeon™ RX Vega 56 crossfire™ list. I got my Hynix™ high bandwidth memory to 900mhz without changing anything, it cant do 950mmhz.
I found that on my base clock of 1620mhz I found that at 4.5% it scores high and then drops off at 5%.
cant wait to water cool them.
