VEGA 64 White Fuzzy Lines Random?

Happens on all driver versions. Idle and under load. Stock and overclocked. Completely random. Can go months without seeing it. It appears as fuzzy lines, white. Lasts for around 10-15 seconds then goes away for ages.

I have an SBZ card directly above it. Interference? Or something to do with the DP cable / monitor?

Thanks.

I get stars from hbm on my card when card is running overclocked, is it like the volumetric lighting of the game has gone wrong or is this at the desktop please?
it could be the monitor too, I had a acer monitor that cut in half and gave half the screen fuzzy, I was using a Crossfire™ and was under the impression that it was that what was causing it.
