I just had what I think is the same thing happen, I just had to update to the newest driver from 19.1.1 to 19.1.2... I tried a DDU install to revert back no luck. On Shadow, my screen scrunched in when turning up the resolution. I saved it at 4k vsr. Quit. Turned vsr off and then on. Loaded the game. Worked fine, changed res reloaded the game etc np. Until on I ran a new game Mordhau. Mord did the same thing. Somehow it managed to turn off Resolution and Refresh Rate Native. I haven't turned it back on, in each game I have to load it once, it's screwy when I change vsr, then I set it to 1080p, close it then open it and it's fine... Hopefully I won't suffer a visual impact. It says that setting makes animation smoother and sharper? I can't use AB right now, it's conflicting like wattman is running even when it's not installed with a new ddu install on older and new drivers. I usually enable this option then disable wattman in task scheduler. Pretty lame bug. idk if this setting caused the prob or what
