RTX 2060 Super or RX 5700 XT or RX 5700 ?

I am confused bwtweens Zotac rtx 2060s amp; sapphire pulse rx 5700 and nitro plus rx 5700xt. For the nvidia card, its cooler and more power efficient which is a big yes for me and also I would get call of duty modern warefare free with zotac one. At the same price I also have the sapphire nitro plus 5700xt. This is faster and cooler but consumes very high pwer; not to mention the horrible driver support. And there is the sapphire pulse 5700 non xt version; much cheaper than those card with decent cooling and performance. I am looking for opinions. I am now on 1080p but I will be upgrading to 1440p in near future. I currently use ryzen 3600, cryorig h7, msi b450 tomahwak max, 16gb g skill 3200 mhz ddr4, zotax gtx 1060 3gb, cooler master v700.

Best and most powerful card there is the Sapphire Nitro+ RX 5700 XT and just set it up properly in MSI Afterburner.

2060 S isn't actually more power efficient. 5700XT is ±10% faster and cosumes ±10% more energy, so they are more or less the same. I got 5700XT.

With a mid range Rx 5700 XT would upgrade to 1080p IPS panel 144Hz for increased FPS for reduced motion blur compared to 1440p you will lose around 30-50 FPS, if you play first person shooters games with fast mouse sweeping for reduced motion blur.

If I were in your position I'd get the RX 5700XT Pulse or RX 5700 Pulse / Red Dragon as its a midrange build. The Cryorig H7 has a fan speed ~ 1600RPM so the benefits from going to Nitro+ are less pronounced. The main reason to go with Nitro+ would be if you are trying to go for a Navi leaderboard position on hwbot or if you have an extremely quiet system with all fans set to <1300RPM.

https://www.techpowerup.com/review/s...-nitro/31.html
Nitro+ = 32-33dBA where quiet BIOS is 1170RPM and default BIOs is 1531RPM

https://www.techpowerup.com/review/s...-pulse/32.html
Pulse = 32-35dB where quiet BIOS is 1326RPM and default BIOS is 1556RPM

https://www.gamersnexus.net/hwreview...t-pulse-review
Pulse = 1100RPM quiet BIOS , ~1500RPM default BIOS

Computerbase rated Nitro+ the best RX 5700XT : https://www.computerbase.de/2019-09/...eon_rx_5700_xt
So did GamersNexus (tie with Red Devil):
Quote:
2:45 - Best Overall = #1 Gigabyte Gaming OC, #2 Sapphire Pulse. 5:45 - Best Cooling = Sapphire Nitro+ and PowerColor Red Devil. 9:48 - Most Decidedly Average = MSI Gaming X. 11:30 - Most Unique Feature = ASRock Taichi X for its 6 display outs. 13:35 - Best Worst = XFX THICC Ultra II for its form over function. 15:58 - Best PCB = ASUS ROG Strix
There's really no point in a $400-420 RTX 2060 Super, you're better off with a ~$430 RTX 2070 (stronger than RTX 2060 Super) or $500 RTX 2070 Super if you go Nvidia.
