5700XT Liquid Devil

Hey guys! Ever since JayZ's review on the 5700XT Liquid devil, i've been waiting anxoisuly for it to drop. Refreshing webpages inorder to grab one. Turns out the only way to buy one was to type in the SKU on Newegg and purchase it, sold out before I even knew where to buy it from. Does anyone know if there will be more stock or if it'll sell on other sites? Thanks!

Why not buy a reference model + water block if you want a card with a block?

If you get desperate can make your own back plate
then 60 bucks for water cooler universal
it beats the 220.00 + price tag I've seen for some GPU's
I did the Sapphire Pulse which is suppose to be a good oc'er too
just had to trim a few fins for memory cooler
Remember if you make your own back plate out of aluminum, use spacers and thermal tape. I used some old ek back plate spacers that are from a long time ago.
Runs cool even at memory 28 C ambient

Ug I want back plate for my 5700 non xt, I plan to use some thermal pads and strap my stealth wraith cooler and or 120mm aio to it. They say the back of the memory gets hotter anyways. Hmm maybe I could use my sheath as a back plate, it's not bent

idk how well it's binned gl op!

Wait I thought the end result of the JayzTwoCents video was that the liquid cooled card hardly did any better than the air cooled cars. Or did I miss something.

I know water cooling will give better temps but I swore in that video it was almost a wash.

Is the plate that is under that block come with the card? Or the block? Looks good.

The whole reason I got the sapphire pulse was because of the memory cooler, the metal plate around cooler. It helps not having to tape heat sinks.
Thank you for the looks good, Its like I try to keep up with the 200.00+ water cooler looks but, some look really good, but after 5 or so system builds, its like enough, cant afford to keep doing this. Check into rehab, the addiction is too much.
It seems that the temps are hot because of chip. Not memory. I thermal taped a temp sensor and have never seen heat sink on memory go above 40 C
Also The koolance water blocks are notorious for being good, may help. Every one reporting 100 c + temps not even at full overclock has to help. it does 2150, no problems in benchmarks. Some times games make it finiky though. Have to set exact 2100
Did supperpostion bench at 4k came out 7900 set max at everything. there was only 1 other score posted in that area. In the bench it hit 70 fps 4k, which is good at a 60htz monitor. But the games are getting more demanding so looking for new gen of navi more cores, and memory.
I guess it will cost a little extra for water cooling but never work about heat 100 c is hot, and can sell it later and say the chip never went above 45 c. improved longevity
I'll post the prove it benchmark, just no arguing, I never post results afraid it will break out into a fight.
Good part its up there with 1080 ti, and 2070 super and only 800 points ahead is the 2080. Couldn't ask for more from a 400.00 Gpu. I hope they keep making them like this in the price range. 4k Life saver. Come out 10 frames ahead of monitor. With new card support, warranty. RELIEF. Can Sleep at night.

Those are really nice clocks and temps. I did a similar mod back in the day on a classy 780 and then a 670. Keeps them nice and cool. Both of those cards also had heat plates like yours. Which I like a lot better than small heart sinks.

Agreed then it contacts the VRM as well, you can use some clamping force because of the screws.
That probably accounts for a few Celsius better temps.
With the copper stick on, its only a little of time for the tape to let go, for at least one heat sink.
