There's absolutely no need in 1200mv to maintain those frequencies. You may try this preset (my 24/7 working profile), hwinfo stats was recorded in Metro Exodus built-in benchmark. Although my gpu is watercooled, it should work fine with yours. Also you may try to lower PL a bit if still too hot (+10 / +15)

Just played a bit borderlands 3 with 1.100mv, 65c gpu and 83c max hot spot!

Very nice! Now you can set the fan speed even lower since the card won't throttle until 110c.

Avg was 1300 rpm, barely audible. I'll play a little with it, maybe I can lower the voltage even more

2050 was the set value (target) in amd perf tuning / wattman. In load it boosted to ~2.0 GHz. (max clock)
