Radeon 5600 XT Owners Club

Just ordered Red Devil 5600XT to replace an RX 480 (helm’s 580 bios). PCB looks the same as my 5700 XT so going to see if my water block fits it for some OC fun.

Don't expect much OC fun with this card just yet. It is hard limited to 1820 core/1860 mem to prevent cannibalizing the 5700. PPT mods don't work either.

I just bought a Sapphire Pulse 5600XT with the new BIOS allowing boost to 1750 and it's a sweet card for the price @$299.

When I upgraded from a 2700x/470 to my 3900x/570 combo I had the 2700x and Gighabyte X470 mb available(cheapest X470 mb). Also had 2-8G sticks of Gskill Flare-X DDR4-3200 ram and 2 500G ssd's so I played around with an Older EVGA GTX780 Classified gpu but got the itch to try one of the Radeon 5000 series cards. I picked up an Acer Nitro 24" 1920x1080 75Hz Freesync monitor for a good price so the price poi9nt for the 5600XT made it the best choice.

What a nice card! Freesync works great and it's a fun rig.

The video card really shows how much AMD has improved.

I grabbed a Sapphire Pulse 5600XT BE when they were $269.99.
Really nice card for the money and its been great so far.
Got a 4K monitor and needed something to hold me over before the new cards are out.
I had a MSI RX 480 Gaming X before and this is a huge upgrade.

Struzzin, nice card.

Having fun with my Sapphire Pulse 5600XT.

I bet that was a noticeable jump from a RX 480.

I remember that I had 2 RX480s running in crossfire. Was fun for bragging rights at the time but this single 5600XT really runs well on a 1920x1080 monitor.

Its funny becasue I really like the card but want a new one already
Its crazy good on this 4K for most things I play.
Difference from Regular 5600XT:
The heatsink on this BE is a tad smaller with one less heatpipe.
There is no dual BIOS.
I uploaded the BIOS becasue it had a newer version 017.001.000.068.000000
I just put some Noctua NT-H1 on it temps are really good.
