I had the Are you ready for Battlefield 3? 285.62 drivers and was getting freezes/crashes constantly. Disabling SLI seemed to work, but where's the fun in that? I tried a bunch of things, many of which I've seen have been posted in this thread. I lowered my OC and increased my voltage, I turned a bunch of the in-game settings down from Ultra to High or Medium, and turned AA and AF down. Helped a little but was still crashing. So I went to the driver version before the most recent, the 285.38 beta, and it's been perfect ever since. Just played for 2 hours straight with all the settings on Ultra, 2x MSAA and AF 8x at a steady 100fps with my 920mhz OC. Before you try anything else, I would download this second-last driver version, 285.38. This driver version helped me achieve a high OC, and also made me set my air-conditioner to 62F room temperature to keep my system cool, what a hell of a punch this game packs. I think even Crysis is jealous.
