I thought some people may be interested in seeing some nvidia engineering samples. I have attached a couple of crap pictures of some cards I had laying around. Hope the mods don't mind this sort of thing.

The DIP switches control the dev id of the card. You can change the dev id of the card to other models that used g92 proc

Indeed, very interesting and cool. Do these cards have any significant differences from their mainstream versions?
Yes, for example note that my 9800gt ES does not have any external power connectors, whereas production versions have +6pin atx. Also, the gtx480 was released with A3 version silicon, the ES shown here has A2 silicon. The 8600M is a mobile GPU mounted onto a board that can be used for testing purposes in desktops. It has pins for measuring vGPU, vMem, etc mounted on the card already for testing
