Stock voltage under load is 1.23V reported in MSI afterburner
Now I want to increase voltage and power limit to further increase the clocks as I have a lot of thermal headroom.

Question is, what's the easiest way? I work with soldering electronics in a microscope so hard modding is possible.
Another option is flashing the bios. Where do I find a bios for this, or what values do i modify in the bios?
I guess this is the place to ask
The easiest, safest way is to just modify the BIOS. It can be complicated which is why I offer it as a service here. You need your Card's BIOS. You can modify it yourself using a lot of different tutorials that are on this forum or anywhere else on the internet.

@Cyclops Thanks for the answer I've attached my current original BIOS in the previous post. Can you please help me modify it ? The only thing im worried about is the VRM's blowing up. Got a 90mm fan running at 1100 rpm right above the vrms and a 240mm fan in the side panel pointed at the GPU. also 2x240mm fans in the front pushing fresh air through the cabinet. No heatsinks or backplate at the moment, but I might add it if you think Its needed Just to be clear, I only seek advice and take full responsibility for anything that might happen. It's an old card, so if it goes to **** then at least I learned something without ruining myself !

Here. Your cooling is fine. Heatsinks on VRM always helps too.

Much appreciated !
Kinda stupid question that I kinda already asked, but do you know how much voltage/power the VRMs can eat without being at risk?
I guess its individual and I have to measure the surface temp and make sure its way lower than 120 degrees celcius. That's the best I can do, right?

Yeah, that I don't know. Should be alright as long as you keep them bellow 90-100C.

Damn, keep hesitating since this is my first time. I run a ryzen 3600 and it doesn't have internal graphics. Doesn't that mean that when I disable the display adapter I have no video output to do the rest of the process? Also, I reset the afterburner settings. Anything else I need to do?

EDIT: Fixed it with google chrome remote desktop. My main monitor was still running after disable display adapter. But all my GPU settings are still stock... gonna figure it out I guess

EDIT2: Okay, I got it to work. Stable for now with core @ 1532MHz and mem clock @ 4095 MHz. Max GPU temp 61 degrees. Just got 1st place in all five benchmarks in 3Dmark back to back for the Ryzen 5 3600/ single GTX 980Ti combo.

Thank you again @Cyclops Now the real stability testing begins !

Thank you again @Cyclops for the modded BIOS.

I got into a bit trouble. The BIOS works amazing but apparently my PSU can't provide more than 300W(more or less) to my GPU.
I want to know what is the maximum I can set in the voltage slider and what values exactly should I change in the power table ('cause this is kinda scary messing with it, I don't want to kill my GPU\PCIE\everything else).

I included the BIOS here.. Thanks!

You can leave voltage alone. Adjust your power target slider to the point that your PSU doesn't get into trouble. You have up to 150% so choose a value that is stable.

I want to change it in the BIOS itself so it'll stay even if I boot into Ubuntu.

quick update:
I manage to hit 1506.5MHz on core and 4017MHz on memory through the BIOS without messing with the power setting you set, but I can't do any further.
And I was wrong, my PSU can supply more than 303W (it hit 324W and even said there for a long while without crashing, at the rest of the time the value is changing) - so what I think I need to do in order to achieve higher core clocks is to raise the power setting. The problem is that I'm not familiar with this table and I don't wanna ruin anything.

So I added my current BIOS here (for whatever reason, I you'd like to take a look), I want to change these setting through the BIOS and not with MSI AF cause I want this overclock to stay on whatever system/pc this GPU in.
