OR

ASUS 770 2GB DirectCU II OC 1137MHz-1189MHz

Thanks.

I'd go EVGA for the step up progam. Also I'd get the normal version instead of the superclocked since it's cheaper and just overclock it yourself.

"step up progam" ? well these two are the only GPU's that are available for me from a $ side and what the store has here.

I'm talking from a hardware better running GPU view,i've been looking around the web for some hours now and i just can't make my mind up with this....both of them are rated the same but some say EVGA has 1-2 more fps and is directly from nvidia etc and the asus has better cooling system and better hardware its like a 50 50 so confused here....

The chances of you finding someone here or anywhere that have had both cards in their rig to compare are slim.

So that just leaves us with the information you already know.

The Asus has a slightly customized board with a great cooler.

The Evga uses a reference Nvidia board with a good cooler.

One may perform out of the box better than the other but only because of the core speed it's running at. If they run the same core speed, they both perform the same.
