is that 1.274v bios ok if your temps are in check and you have passive cooling on the RAM on the back of the card (I have copper hear sinks in all of them and a fan laying on top, gets nice and cold). I'm on a stock cooler too

Picked up one, but missed the rush. Hoping to have it by Thursday!

As nice as that would be, you'll see around 40fps quite a lot. I'll let you off though as the hype train has barely left the station tongue.gif

I was really looking forward to the new Gigabyte G1 cards and now i am not.
http://www.tweaktown.com/news/52296/gigabyte-announces-geforce-gtx-1080-g1-gaming-video-card/index.html

I think that card is ugly as sin so thats a pass from me.
Think i am going to end up with either the Asus Strix or maybe i will try EVGA for the first time.

To be honest I was going to go with the Gigabyte G1 too, but the single 8-pin has turned me off. Might have to get the Xtreme or another brand (gasp!).

I received the eVGA FE today, and the fan seems to be acting up. During load, it ramps up, I'd say randomly, for a couple of seconds and goes back to normal. Anybody else experiencing this? See the spikes below.

It looks like they'll go for the black/RGB style with it, at least I'm hoping so as I need it in blue.

Think i am going to push getting GTX 1080 cards back to autumn and upgrade my motherboard CPU and RAM first.
All the cards should be out by then prices should be lower and drivers should better.

As always i am going to do a mega review of the cards once i get them.
But since i am not made out of money i need to save up for 2-3 months before i have enough for two cards.

Anyway i am going to wait for reviews before i pick the card that i want.
The Gigabyte G1 is out as its way too ugly for my taste.
