Tools
  1. Hex screw 2mm
  2. Flatnose plier
  3. Vary size of philips screwdriver, small flathead screwdriver
  4. Tweezer

1. Remove all hex screw on faceplate
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

2. Remove I/O

Note that the bracket is held onto the PCB by two extra screw on the backplate.
Use flat nose plier to remove the DVI pegs
Remove cooler shroud, remove cooler itself (4 screw on back)
Remove cooler front shroud (LED part) -> this has 4 tiny philips screw
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

3. Use tweezer to remove fan cable
Remove fan cable from card
Connect CLC cable to card
Connect fan cable to CLC splitter

I would recommend routing the CLC cable trough this hole in shroud (first pic)
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Is now finish

Good question.

Because I was thinking of using a CPU type closed loop water block on it, but now that you mentioned it, we might need GPU specific blocks

No, you cannot use normal AIO, EVGA has a protrusion that allow the block to touch the GPU die.

GamersNexus says that the modified H55 used on the MSi sea hawk has less potential to cool because it's not designed specific to GPU usage.

Was hoping you can do that with a normal AIO. As i have a corsair H75 that's not being used. Come on EVGA, sell them GPU AIO separately.

Please, can you tell me if you Hybrid has pump buzz noise?

I had a first version of the hybrid and it has this problem. I don't know if EVGA made a new version or corrected this...

You can buy them separately I believe.

Pump buzz noise is corrected by shaking the AIO a couple times while the radiator is in a higher place than the pump block unit. This moves some of the air bubble from the pump unit to the radiator reservoir which corrects the buzz problem.
