Jura I've had this experience. Dying Light is the one game I can't overclock the core and memory simultaneously but instead have to downclock the VRAM by some 253 Mhz. to get stability. It's interesting to note that increasing memory frequency notably increases heat output.

If you're using an air cooled card, perhaps. I'm on a large custom water loop and I get the exact same temperatures on the GPU with the 1080 Ti's ram at 0% and +700%. Not even +1c hotter.

So i got my secound 1080TI!
First time i hear a blower style cooler. Wow that is annoying^^

Clocked them for now at 1950 0,950V and vram +200.
Watercoled 27°
Aircoled 68°.
Already orderd a secound block from EK. Will set them parallel and turn up the pump speed. Now the D5 get some work to do hehe.

Little question. The secound card core load was at 99% most time and my main card(water) varies from 80-95% usage. Clocks voltage etc was the same. No powerlimit. Is that normal? First time sli^^
I use a hard bridge that is for 3-Way as you can see on the pics. I hope that is normal

Happy little camper for 570€ warehouse deal^^

Hey 1080 TI owners. I wanted to ask you all for recommendations/suggestions on a good case for a 1080 TI SLI.

Currently, I have the old school Cooler Master HAF 932. It's worked great, but for the past year of owning the 2 cards, it's pretty annoying that they barely fit inside the case. The bottom 1080 TI card literally touches the top of the PSU.

Thanks!

Here's my current build with a water cooled 1080 Ti in a Corsair Graphite 780T:

Note: I removed the drives cages and their bottom mount entirely. I'm using a 4x1 (4x2.5" drives in 1x5.25" bay) icy dock hot swap bay in one of the 5.25" bays, and I use the 2.5" mounts in the middle-back of the case. I don't claim to be good at making videos so sorry if the quality sucks. It's just me and my DSLR. You could easily fit two or three 1080 Ti's in this case in a similar configuration to mine and still have tons of room for radiators. I'm using 4 of em: 360mm up top, 240mm front, 240m bottom front underneath the pumps, and a 120mm in the back. This is a hybrid build that dual-boots WindowsXP & Win7x64 so it currently has a GTX-780 in it for XP Side. Yes I'm crazy. No don't ask about it. No I don't want to discuss it.

Not in this thread, no. You can go to the OCN marketplace and try there though. Here's a link for you: https://www.overclock.net/forum/321-...k-marketplace/

Hey everyone, so all of a sudden I’m having an issue with my AIO Aorus Extreme Waterforce 1080ti.

I bought it in October 2017, out of the box stock clocks sustained at 2025mhz and temperatures were at 46C. What a great card, right ? After some testing I settled with 2063mhz on the core and no memory increase.

Fast forward to the other day, the card began crashing in Star Wars Battlefront II and Call of Dury WW II, so I removed the OC and began testing stock clocks again.

The card now only boosts to 1898-1924mhz and the temperatures are 58C.

What the heck ?

When's the last time you cleaned the dust and dirt out of the radiator? And check the fan on it and see if it's still spinning.

Maybe the pump or the radiator fan died.
