Kokin, thanks for the clarification. I noticed that there were 3 FTW3 Kingpin posted Bios installing applications. The release dates on them were all back in March. At the exact same time that Kingpin posted his three applications, this .rom was posted at techpowerup: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/...i-11264-180309. I think it is the same bios. I have been running it for a while now. Before flashing to that bios, my superpostion score on extreme was: 6466, after the flash my score improved to: 6513. That seems like a small improvement but honestly it's' a huge jump.
Looks like I found the right thread for me, since I have this card. I am currently trying to run a custom curve. What kind of clocks can I expect at 1 V? No matter what I try, applying a custom fan curve will crash.
I also have the EVGA software installed (because I once reworked the fancurves for each fan), but use Afterburner.
You'd have to show some screen shots what your clocks are exactly
Power limit I'd stay lower than maxed out same with core voltage all it does is zap to nvidia driver safety features at best it may throttle the heck out of it worst as you state crash.
OC 101 is max all three fans 100% using evga precision it's the only utility that can control them all
After that you could use msi ab but why unless you want to use a custom core clock and I doubt you'd be able to go further than 2038MHz maybe 2050 at 1083 or so 1093v is hit and miss at about core +88 depending on the benchmark used.
Memory clock is usually the best I've used on air cooling +900 easily most the time.
Core clock is the quirk
All I can say is start with +65 and run the memory clock up as far as you can until you get memory spots and dial it down -20.. until they disappear.
Then start raising the core clock +13 until unstable happens.
On another note if the card is going past 60c you're wasting time oc'ing it further you're passing the throttling temp and the ftw3 has three sensors which will cause throttling core/ memory/ power sensors of which power is usually highest and not read by msi ab
