ZOTAC 2080 AMP also limited power slider to 110%....disappointing, will exchange next week..

na.. pretty soon we'll be able to flash the bios. Power limit is easy to get around, will probably do a shunt mod when people start putting up the info.

Shunt mod performed here on a reference 2080. You can use liquid metal instead of soldering.

alright finally got my block on.. had to redo my tubing cause of course the outlets didn't match up with those of their 1080 block... figures. Tried the shunt mod but I'm not noticing a difference. I only applied it to the 8 pin connector but I'm still throttling, oh well.

Talked with the Gigabyte support today. The Gigabyte RTX 2080 GAMING OC is possibly getting a update in terms of the powertarget. It is 109% atm.

What about Msi 2080 Trio X ? It has also have a power limit locked to 109 ?

I own a gigabyte windforce 2080 oc and I tried the gaming oc F5 bios... dropped my firestrike ultra score from over 7000 to 5000
