Anyone else using MSI Afterburner and sometime every boot it will increase the saved profile by a few Mhz, for example my profile at 1.062v is at 2100Mhz, but sometime when I restart and boot up it starts at 2130Mhz, even reapplying the profile it goes back to 2130Mhz (it will show 2100, but when i click apply it goes to 2130).

AMD Ryzen 3800X (4.4Ghz, LLC5, 1.325v)
ASUS RTX 2080 Dual OC (1875Mhz Core at 0.9v, +1000 Mem)

ASUS Crosshair VII (Corsair H115i w/ ML140 RGB Fans)
Samsung 970 EVO SSD 500GB, Samsung 860 EVO SSD 2 x 500GB & 250GB, Seagate 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM

Totally normal. When the card is cool enough and doesn't draw too much power it will still boost additionally over your OC. Mines set with a Curve OC to 2085 @ 1.093v but it starts at 2115Mhz when under 42c ish and 2100 when under 50c ish. Only above 50c will it run my 2085 that I set and above 60c it will drop to 2070. Not that it ever gets that hot, even on air (hovers around 54-55c while Gaming on the power limit so can't get any hotter).

My card will run 2115 all day but the starting clocks of 2145mhz coming off of idle temps are too much and it will.often crash the driver while loading a game before it goes down to 2115Mhz

That's exceptional! That card would quite easily run 2100+ on full voltage i assume lol. Any reason why you undervolted in particular or?

2200 omg incredible lol. Kryonaut would work, I personally use Prolimatech PK-3 as it's generally cheaper and performed better in almost all my tests but that's probably because I don't like the application method of Kryonaut. It's so sticky and touch to spread on CPU's at least. Maybe it works better on a GPU..

I have to say, I just finished Exodus yesterday and it ran great with all settings maxed but on 1080p 1.2x scaling it would occasionally drop into the 40-50fps range with DLSS off and RTX Ultra even on 2085Mhz. Then again, BF:5 multi on 1080p 1.5 scale RTX on runs 80+ fps which is amazing so..

Anyone here with a 3440x1440 monitor? Debating on whether to get a 2070 super or hold out a bit longer until the 2080 super comes out and get something like an EVGA 2080 ftw3 Ultra (non super) when the prices come down, and overclocking it.

I'm mainly concerned about what the extra 33% of pixels will do to ray tracing perfomance as that willl be the main bottleneck in the upcoming games I want to play.

Also how is the AI learning for DLSS at 3440x1440? I hear it's a lower priority than 4k and 1440p. Will the super cards have to learn the games from scratch?
