No one have an answer until reviews pops up on internet.

Yeah in my haste I neglected to remember something obvious which is a compatible block may not even come out for this EVGA model.

If I don’t find a 3rd party FE before 20th I may try to swap with someone or just cancel.

On the Gigabyte page it shows Nvlink has to have 2 identical cards. So my hope is that Nvlink just adds the 2 cards together and works as 1 big card the way it should have been since the start of SLI.

Got my Founders Edition order in... $1200 sure is steep but I've been waiting for more performance at 4k for 3 and a half years... got to this performance level first with Titan X Maxwell SLI, then switched to single card 1080 Ti after I got sick of SLI's problems, and now finally get something meaningfully faster on the market.

I very much doubt that it is "worth" the price, sadly... I expect ~50% faster than 1080 Ti in games when RTX is not a factor.

not sure why he announced 999 for the Ti model.. and you can not find it anywhere for less then like 1100 dollars.

We'll find out soon enough. If they can't deliver at least ~35%+ performance improvement over 1080 Ti in games without RTX, I'll be canceling my pre-order.

I have two preordered, panicked out work. Did they explain NVlink or give performance estimates?

Same. FE finally came up on nVidia's site so I went for it and will cancel the EVGA.
