I'm not completely sure if it'll work but if you wanted to flash a different bios and keep the ICX sensors you might try one of the higher power limit FTW3 or KPE BIOS. Not 100% sure the ICX sensors will carry through but it's worth trying with those BIOS' first.
I see. I am waiting Computex to buy a 2080Ti (we never know what could be announced and its only 2 weeks away) and I'm looking for a reference PCB to then flash the 380W Bios or better

Ahh, good to know...my Insider account may yet be working (was part of it during pre-roll-out of Win10) back during the last ice age (well, a long time ago). BTW, re. your comment above on Nvidia driver 340.39 vs 319, what were the positive and negative impacts of that driver on GPU and CPU, i.e. in TimeSpy ?

I'm also after Ti especially when I saw that Strix' price has dropped to 1199€ including shipping (with QRNK4DYS discount code). 2080 is just 'meh' for an ultrawide monitor.

Computex might be worth waiting though I wouldn't hold my breath in terms of lower prices. I do really hope AMD comes with something which would force NVIDIA to drop RTX prices even by 10-15%.

Hi there, well first of all I found that 419,xx is better as the Physics score do not go for a ball of hoo haa. You do lose about 1 fps in GPU test 2 but gain 1 or more fps in GPU test 1. I'll stick with this driver for now as I've tested all of the new ones and they are lacking, or so it seem.

Strange issue with the EVGA XOC 2000w bios, openCL benchmarks are very low, for example Realbench. Tried different drivers and it made no difference, flashed back to original bios and scores came back up to normal. Any idea why that maybe?

Hi, I think you can try unlimited power limit kingpin xoc bios and see how it goes or you can try asus matrix bios and shunt mod the card to achieve a higher power limit

Thanks for the answer

This card have tested with 380w Galax bios and have great clocks (up to 2205mhz on superposition 4k).

I saw these very high power limit bios and I have some questions :

-is there any dangerous with so high
power on VRM or any other on the card?

-if it is unlimited will I have any issue with my EVGA 750W G3 Power supply?

-this card have reference pcb. Are these bios you recommend compatible with evga XC gaming?

- If you own 2080Ti Lightning Z -

After testing for a few days Ive found out bios : 90.02.17.40.89 is the best bios, why ? It supports Afterburner extreme BUT most importantly it doesnt have "No Fans bug", "Safe Mode bug" ! ive run the card on water without issues. Im also using shunt mod to increase power limit from 400w to around 600W (dunno exact value, on 1.1V core voltage and time spy i get only 200w power consumption since the shunts "tricked" power consumption watcher.)
Download bios here : https://drive.google.com/open?id=1q6...Cerv5OOnfBtAk9
Please share your results with me so I can improve testing etc in the future, thanks.
