RTX 2080 Ti - Overclocking capped by VRel

Hi all,

I'm in the process of overclocking my 2080 Ti FTW3 and am hitting a wall at 2025 MHz. GPU-Z gives VRel as the PerfCap reason.

As far as I understand it 99% of 2080 Ti owners hit the PWR limit before VRel. Why is mine any different? I'm just a bit disappointed that the card won't go any higher even with a 373W power limit which it's not close to hitting, it's normally around 300-315W.

Here's what the GPU-Z PerfCap graph looks like. Blue being VRel, orange is VOp.

Wondering if my power supply is causing the issue. It's a fairly old Corsair AX850. A good unit but ageing...

Thanks in advance for the help.
