Got a new 1080 Ti. Picture Washed out

Hey guys, finally went from my R9 290 to a 1080 Ti. With the Radeon, everythign outta the box looked great by default. But when I finally put in the 1080 Ti, everything looks washed out.

I even tried HDR via windows but that made it even more washed out. (is this still an issue btw? Is HDR fixed finally)

My TV is a C6 OLED 4K with DV and HDR10.

Anybody had this issue? Adjusting the digital vibrance made no difference. How do I get my picture back. I'm on latest drivers btw.

For the record my mobo is an X58 from 2010 using PCI-E 2.0. DOn't think this should be an issue yes?

Turn off HDR in Windows. Digital Vibrance is pretty much the only thing you can do. Make sure you are also on RGB mode Full Range.

I also see no option to go up to 10BPC. My TV can do 10 BPC. Why isn't this showing up

If you set it to 4:2:2 then you should get the 10 or 12. However most people just leave it at RGB 8. AMD has better color setting at default so it might have looked better on your 290. Changing the Digital Vibrance option should help.

So HDR is a joke on Windows then?
