Yeah it fell through. He ended up raising the price and I wasn't even super interested with his original offer. From what he said they were given to him from his work and knows nothing about them. On a positive note I picked up an immaculate (like almost NIB) R9 280 for $40 lol. Solid upgrade for a family member coming from an HD7770.

Maybe they're listed for $200 each on ebay, but you'd have to entirely insane to actually pay that.

Even $100 each is seriously pushing what these cards are worth.

I just picked up 2 more 980ti cards for $200 and $220 with free shipping. I would watch Ebay.

At first I was tempted (glad I posted here and asked) but overall the deal just fell flat. He ended up asking way too much and it wouldn't have been worth it. Plus I'm not even sure my PSU (CX750M) would even be able to handle two Titan Blacks.

Wow, yeah that combo would absolutely dominate a pair of Titan Blacks. Oh I'm always looking for used stuff lol.
