Corsair 400D case and 2080 ti Asus Turbo

I would like to get the Asus 2080 ti Turbo which is a blower card. I have a Corsair 400D case with 2 140mm fans on top, 2 140mm fans in the front, and my CPU has the Corsair water cooler H60 with 120mm fan on the rad in the rear. I actually like the blower card because it's nice and clean looking and compact. I don't overclock at all and was wondering would using the blower style in my case be really that hot and loud, or do you think I would have enough cooling to keep it somewhat quiet and cool?

Hi,
All blower cards are not worth buying unless a water block is going to be used,
A dual fan card FE would be better.

The two front fans will fuel the card and push hot air out the back so no worries.

I owned a 400d, its front intake is pretty poor because of its HDD cage.

If you are situated where room temps are high, I'd say avoid a blower card. It would run at high temps, although won't damage your card but I believe could cause wear and tear a bit faster than normal.

I actually removed the drive cage so it's complete free of all thing in the front but the fans. Room temp usually is around 66 or so

SO I got the turbo yesterday and my temps seem OK

Idle about 42
Load about 65

Noise at idle is nothing, at load it is semi loud but not jet engine loud.

Does anyone know if the backplate that is on the memory and VRM's can be used with the NZXT Kraken G12?

I cannot comment for your card but on mine it did not work as the back plate was screwed into the front plate which prvented the Corsair H110 to be fitted onto the G12. My card was a Galax Oc but now with my Palit Gamingpro Oc the back plate still remained. Nice place to measure vrm and vram temps with infrared.
