GPU usage in firefox youtube ?

with an rtx 2070 and new drivers, fresh install, in win10 task manager, I see GPU usage going to 20% total just watching even a tiny 144p (yes blocky 144p) when it's on screen. Now the gpu is at 300/405 core/vram, so maybe the GPU usage it supposed to be that high ?

Or is it just firefox again? I sure can be a RAM hog to.

That sounds like hardware acceleration is on in Firefox.
