Strange behavor?!

Is this normal when i have open chrome or firefox?!


My 1080 ti didnt do that, but i changed the gpu to an 980 gtx and its the same.
Only when the system is in idle and no browser is open, the lines are nearly flat.

Yes. because both chrome and firefox use gpu acceleration.
