Actually, I can't. He mentions that EA's customer service is really bad, which is the exact opposite of my experience (one of the best I've encountered).
Considering his overall demeanor in his videos, his apparent egotistical discourse, and the fact that most of what he said makes no sense, the whole situation seems fishy.
It doesn't seem plausible to me that a company like EA would just go around closing accounts based on a single cashback instance. I'd more readily believe that to be the case if this were a more frequent occurrence or if the user in question had been problematic in the past.
Surely, this is not the first time cashbacks occur; we'd have heard of it by now.
