idk, was anyone else gonna ever actually do ray tracing if NV didn't do its nonsense first? I mean, it was there in the dx12 list... but who was actually ever gonna do it first? AMD only does standard increases first.

Probably, ray tracing and path tracing aren't new concepts. It's just happening in real time now.
