1660 ti Increase voltage?

Hi I have attempted to overclock my Galax GTX 1660 ti and I cant increase the voltage on this card and was wondering if there is a way around this? I have frequency set up on the voltage/frequency editor can confirm it wont pass 1 volt doing its gpu boost thing.
First time owning an nvidia card i upgraded from an AMD r9 290

Pascal/Touring wont scale with voltage, so it's not a big issue.

Afaik those cards OC themselves quite nicely when improving the load temperatures. So temperature and voltage is linked to each other.
