up until now i found the best solution is that i will order a 1080 Ti aorus xtreme replacement fan from aliexpress and pray it works, i think it should as its about the same size with similar blades shape as that ones fans was stacked in the same design as my card ... ofcourse the older fan doesnt have the special RGB effect of the new one so im gonna lose some aesthetic value and some resale when i sell it too ...

but what else to do ..
I should have been more clear, I did not mean re-use the fans you have. I meant to purchase 3x high performance fans of a similar size to the ones used on the shroud (Though a little bigger does not hurt) lay them on the heatsink next to each other and affix them to the card, cable ties usually work a nice treat. Like I said, not aesthetically pleasing BUT I am willing to bet the cooling performance will be better. Good luck however with the 1080ti cooler your bought, hopefully the pinout for the fans is the same, otherwise that could be a hassle.
