depends entirely on how much you spend on the card, and if the games you play have genuine SLI support or not. More times than not, hacked in support has major flaws people glaze over and rally behind pretending don't exist due to their sunk cost mental issues.
people also LOVE to ignore their GPUs chugging @ 50/50~55/55% usage. that's not how sli is supposed to work.
some random uploaded 4K SLI gameplay footage from Shadow of the Tomb Raider the other day and it was abysmal. idk how people can handle the hitching.
