FC5 Benchmark 451.48 Nvidia Driver + HAGS and Ryzen 3700x will tip the gaming scale to AMD's favor!

With the release of the new driver, my 2070s+3700x now matches benchmarks of 9900K!

Link to Benchmark

My build:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x @ 4.250 all core OC @1.325v
Zotac 2070 Super Twin Fan +80core, +700mem
32GB G. Skill Tridenz Z CL16 (tweaked using Ryzen DRAM Calc)
Legion Y27GQ-20 244hz Gsync gaming monitor
Arctis Pro Gaming Headset
GPU Driver: Nvidia 451.48 + Hardware-Accelerated Graphics Scheduling enabled
OS: Windows 10 version 2004

This reviewer is using a 2070 Super + 9900K and my 3700x beat their score https://www.legitreviews.com/nvidia-...eview_212668/4

This one matched my score with the [email protected] and 16 GB DDR4
@ 3867 MHz 18-19-19-39 https://www.techpowerup.com/review/n...-super/15.html

For reference, with the old driver, this benchmark on the 3700x with a 2080ti is nowhere near my result on an inferior (2070S) GPU https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews...ew,6287-6.html

Doesn't this say that AMD benefitted massively with HAGS?

With the new driver, how is your Intel CPU doing?

So I was a dumb ass and didnt bench the game before I did my clean format and install of 2004 windows and this driver to compare my FC5 results on my 10900k machine. Would you like for me to run the benchmark and compare with you?

**Intel System** Asus Z390E Strix / 8700k @ 4.85Ghz / 32GB BDie @ 3200 CL14 / PowerColor 5700XT / eVGA 850w PSU / Sammy 960 EVO m.2 / MX500 250gb games SSD / 49" Samsung UltraWide 144Hz

**Games Only** Asus Maximus Formula XII / i9 10900k @ 5.3GHz / 32gb 4x8GB Patriot Viper DDR4 4400 @ 4133 / 2080Ti / Everything watercooled using Dual Loops and many 420mm rads

Yes please post your result. Are you also using a 2070S?

Attached is my last result. I noticed that the game is only using one thread and my CPU utilization is hitting 99%. This game is not optimized at all for multi threading so I think I will be limited by my clock speed. Would be benging FC New Dawn as well.

ok, this is not gonna be a very good comparison for you as I forgot to turn off my gsync max of 142fps limit, but as you can see, i was bouncing off that limiter the entire time. Think im actually happy about that LOL.

EDIT.. damn it, pic quality is 1998 era ***! Sorry, phone screwed that up

No ryzen will beat Intel 9900k and 10900k in this game when the game is cpubound 🙂

Last time i checked my 3900x max oc vs 9900k max oc, the 9900k was about 30% faster on min fps in this benchmark. 1080p 2080ti.

Haven't tested my new 10900k 5300mhz 4700 c17 on this benchmark yet. Will do after vaccation 😉

You can toggle it: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/...dows-10-a.html

My 5775c and 1080ti are basically the same in AC Origins, the only game I tested. Not even sure 1080ti does anything with it.

Looks like the topic is wrong now...

Intel is still way faster 😉
