So, are there still no news on Pascal bios editor, even after the next generation's release?

That would be sad. Many people wouldn't need to use 3rd party software for basic stuff. (i'm looking at you Afterburner, and your custom fan profiles)

I found a 'Mobile Pascal TDP Tweaker' that was able to open a standard Pascal bios and save it. Not sure if it will work on a standard bios.

Gigabyte Auros Master Z390 - 9900K @ 5.0ghz (3.22v)
G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB 2 x 8GB 3200mhz XMP
EVGA 1080 FTW2 in SLI - Corsair H1200i PSU
Heatkiller IV Cpu Block - 240 + 360 Rads

We apparently do have an editor program, and people are able to flash it to pascal cards. The problem is that the editor can't (as of yet) "certify" the outputted bios to pass authentication checks so that it's allowed to be flashed to cards with software (nvflash). But people have reported successfully flashed modified bios's to some cards directly by clipping a bios reader onto the physical bios chip and force flashing it with another machine. I don't think anyone is actively working on breaking what ever encryption nvidia uses to be able to use 3rd party modified bios's on pascal anymore. I think no one cares now a days. The cards are old.

"The 1080 Ti came out in May 2016, here in a few months it will be 3 years old"

Wrong. March 2017, 2 years old and still a beast in ultra and 1440p
