GeForce Experience Won’t Open

Yesterday I Updated my Windows to Windows 8 There is only one problem with the system i.e. GeForce Experience Won’t Open. There is a NVIDIA option in the task bar when i right click on it 2 option appears one is open nvidia control panel which is working fine and other is GeForce Experience which when clicked is not responding and showing an error GeForce Experience Won’t Open please look into this matter and help me to fix this issue. thanks in advance
