RTX 2080 Ti Fe BIOS Flashing

Hi guys. I am working on some Time Spy Extreme runs and I've hit a wall with my hardware. I am running two 2080 ti fe cards and I am maxing out at 2115 Mhz. I would like to push this farther. Are there any guides out there on how to flash the bios to get that power limit up to 130? Also if anyone has a reliable source for the bios downloads as well that would be great. I wish there was a way to just make adjustments to the bios as with the MB bios but that's nvidia I guess.. I'm trying to hit 11200 so I can maintain my place as highest performing Z370. Ive thought about shunt modding but that scares me a bit more than flashing. I am willing to break some hardware but I am not eager to do so.

Thanks!

I am also looking for RTX 2080 Ti flashing guide/tutorial, as this is my first time flashing GPU. I can't find anything relevant to 2080ti here on forums.

Thanks in advance .

It's pretty much the same as flashing the 1080ti

Check the 2080ti owners thread.
The OP is loaded with info.
