Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming finding right bios

Hey Guys,

so a long time ago I made the rookie mistake of flashing the same bios to two different cards(both G1 Gaming GTX 970s with hynix memory, but different revionsions) and I dont have the backups of these bios anymore. They work fine but over/under clocking is very buggy at best and now I wanted to figure out what bios is right for each card and flash the "original" bios on these cards again, but the gigabytes support page is kind of confusing. So I hope someone can help me out here^^ (I have no problem with looking on the pcb itself if necessary).

You never should have cross flashed them anyway. Modify your own BIOS or flash a prebaked one from a matching card.

The revisions don't always matter, sometimes it does. One way you can identify them (sometimes) is the original size vs the BIOS size, sometimes different ones are off by a few KB. Usually memory type is close enough though.
