If you can't boot into safe mode with the card installed then you might be SOL

Did you backup your bios before flashing?

Also I have a pretty basic h110 gigabyte Mobo which doesn't seem to have a way to select which adapter you want to boot with.

Yes I already said that I tried to flash it back to the original in dos mode using a USB stick but I was getting an error that adapter was not found.

So to update. I actually can't boot to windows in safe mode. What can i do then? Can I force windows to boot using igp?
