Perhaps your overclocking is too high! Do you still get the black outs after cooling down your card for some hours?

I get a stable overclock on my 6200 with 420 MHz core. Testing with 425 MHz core I got artifacts after playing Far Cry for more than 2 hours. (The RAM cannot really be overclocked on my MSI 6200 - only 405 MHz. ;-)

That's definitely your processor then. I've played GTA SA almost perfectly on integrated graphics in a laptop.
