Putting build out to pasture, needs final GPU upgrade.

I built this PC years ago that acts as my main PC. It served me well but I'm getting ready to build a new one and wanted to upgrade the GPU one last time.

Here's the build:

Mobo: Asus - M5A78L-M/USB3 Micro ATX AM3+

CPU: AMD - Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz Quad-Core

GPU: MSI - GeForce GTX 760 2 GB TWIN FROZR

RAM: G.Skill - Ripjaws X Series 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) DDR3-1866 Memory

Any recommendations on a good GPU that won't suffer from bottlenecks with my CPU? This will be the final upgrade before I turn this thing into a HTPC for the TV room. I'm thinking of a RX 570 or 580 but can't decide on which one given the prices between various versions.

I put a $150 1070 in my X79 before putting it out to pasture, but that's cuz the current user wanted 1440p gaming.

you'd probably be fine with an 980ti, and that would be sub $200 on the used list.
