Games force closing to desktop

Hopefully I have this in the correct section.

I’m experiencing a problem where my games force close to the desktop. What’s weird is I’ve stressed and benched Memory (MemTest64), GPU (MSI Afterburn test) and CPU (Cinebench15/20) and Asus RealBench all of them pass without errors.
What’s even more strange is even on stock settings games still force close to desktop...

If there was a voltage issue would wouldn’t the system BSOD or just freeze? I really don’t want to reinstall OS.

Any option will be greatly appreciated.
