Time to upgrade PC

Good afternoon all,

What crazy times we are dealing with right now. So I upgraded my PC to windows 10 a month or so ago but haven't had the chance to play any games not that I play many games on PC anyway. Went to go and play Jurassic World Evolution and from the image you can see I think its time to upgrade my PC. My graphics card is AMD Radeon R9 280X. Might buy some more RAM as well to take it up to 16GB as I've only got 8GB, What's people's thoughts...

If you have a decent PSU, I guess 16gb of ram and a 5700/xt ? or even a 2060 super will do the trick.

Can look around on BCLK OC on that 4670 , remember it was easy taking it to 4.3 which will be great with a new card.

And a quality of life upgrade would be an SSD.
