Here's another good one, if you like to play Engineer
it tuns Healbot into the annoying talking too much Claptrap from Borlerland 2
http://www.runicgamesfansite.com/vbdownloads.php?do=download&fileid=69

IMO TL2 as a gun game is way more fun than BL2 thumb.gif

PERFORMANCE
*Additional UI performance improvements
*Additional rendering performance improvements
*Precacheing of skills, missiles, and particles to reduce the appearance of stutters the first time those assets are viewed on some machines

STABILITY

*Blazing Pillar will no longer give enemies the ability to burn you!
*Shockbolts and Shocking Orb can now build charge
*Fixed several non-working augment affixes
*On-Death Procs properly cool down if required (Fixes several issues where a proc ceases functioning after a period of time)
*Blade Pact and Stone Pact last for listed time

ITEMS
*Lore item set now has a tangle ability, instead of a nonfunctional acidrain proc
*Several affixes that work based on unit proximity can work in parallel, when they could not before

GAMEPLAY
*Fixed several issues where procs could be precluded from activation
*Set bonuses based on nearby monster count work properly
*Some more multiplayer XP distribution fixes related to player/killer delta
*Can't turn alignment on something that attaches to its master
*When a left-click skill is bound, skills won't track a second mouse click if you click and click-away again (keeps you from pointing the wrong direction sometimes)

*Alchemist can no longer be 'started' on his third stage by rerolling, going to the next level waypoint, and back up.

Loving the block cap increase, super defensive builds here I come tongue.gif now if only I could wield a shield in each hand... also like the Blazing Pillar fix, Inferno(/Fire) Embermage was my first lv 100 and while setting myself on fire was hilarious, the potion vendor was having a hard time keeping up with my demand redface.gif

amazing! So decided to download the demo and try it out. Glad I did! This game pleasantly suprized me! It's amazing! Loving it. Only lvl 18 berserker now... but man this game blew my expectations out of the water. Plenty of storage space for loot, awesome skill trees, stat customization, a crazy amount of weapon affix combos and set items, it has it all! ... The only thing I was iffy about is the default graphics literally hurt my eyes. The cartoony rainbows everywhere literally give me a headache... i'm not a young kid anymore and that kind of madness makes things appear to have too much going on... As soon as I saw people already hard at work on texture mods I immediate forked over the 20$ though!

It's sad to see people being put off this game because of the default colors. Here's my updated SweetFX config for Torchlight 2. Guaranteed to kill 99.9% of all cartoonish rainbows and make the game look like the gritty ARPG you always wanted.

SweetFX_Torchlight2.zip 223k .zip file

1)Disable the game's built-in AA

2)Extract contents to your Torchlight 2 folder (default is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Torchlight II)

3)Play the game! You can toggle the effect with scroll lock and take screenshots with print screen

Really appreciate this! I loved the idea of the game, but honestly the cartoony landscapes (not so much monsters and heros) literally hurt my eyes and gave me a headache.

1000x THIS ...

I would enjoy this game SO much more if the whole thing just looked like it does in the bottom screenshot. WHY did they have to make the game look SO crappy 'stock'? I really just don't get it. Dungeon Siege 2 from 2005 actually looks better than TL2 in many ways, and Titan Quest from 2007 blows it away.

Edit: So, the SweetFX profile you made looks awesome bro. Nice work, I am actually enjoying the game more with it. Now if we can get that mod from upthread thumb.gif
