I've been waiting for this title since its Kickstarter was announced.

Played it for an hour this morning. It's very polished (in regards to presentation and especially the user interface).

I love Baldur's Gate, Torment, etc. ARPGs so I expect no different from this game. I just wished this game was fully professionally voiced, but that would require a budget ten times the size with the amount of dialog in this game.

---

On the topic of performance, the game runs flawlessly on even older hardware -- not a surprise considering it's a Unity 4 game and it's not meant to be a graphics beast.

I'm having difficulty getting Nvidia DSR to work though with or without SLI. According to this post DSR should work in non-GSYNC SLI configurations since 344.65, but even without SLI DSR isn't working for me in PoE. The in-game resolution is set to 5120x3200 (2x 1600p) but the game is visually still 2560x1600 and screenshots are taken at 1600p.

I'm not sure if I have a driver issue or it's just the game. Does anyone have DSR confirmed working at 4K or 5K for PoE?

I'm reading some good reviews about this game... I'll keep an eye on it and probably give it a shot.

I'm also waiting for some reviews. A buddy of mine picked it up, waiting to hear back from him. I really hope it's good, would love to play a new "old school" RPG. biggrin.gif

I'm pretty hyped up about this too saw reviews earlier. Thing is I'm only 20 hours or so into Divinity: Original Sin, this looks like it might be better. Nice to have some great games queuing up Torment is still my favourite game of all time 15 years or more later.

Not enough hours in the week anymore tongue.gif

In the future everyone will be Ozymandias for 15 minutes. Or something.

Unrelated to other Slinkies.

Its the 'spiritual successor' in the same universe. Been waiting for it for a while now as well. Too much excitement for this old feller this year smile.gif

Planescape Torment was out late nineties, best story in a game ever bar none IMO, Im a bit nervous about the new game, it has to be very, very special.

TCO? Edit: gotcha
