I do have BF4, but because I was banned by Punkbuster for unknown reason(s), I can't play the game.

You just have to keep playing, get killed a lot and rank up so you get better weapons. I'm still a rookie and I get killed a lot, but have done some killing, too. My problem is vision; I just don't spot some of the soldiers or spot them fast enough. I could easily spot players in BF3. I know it's just going to take some time, but since I can't play BF3 anymore, I am locked into BFV for now.

It really helps to get into a platoon. If you run and gun together and talk on discord you can be aware of where people are and get revived by your buddies heaps, to smooth out that KD.
Start by talking heaps with a good headset and sooner or later people will talk back and you can make or join a discord channel and get a platoon together.
It's either that or snipe and don't help much with flags or get good at a vehicle

I basically have ALWAYS had Battlefield games crash in one manner or another since BF3, never had a single one be stable. That being said, this is the first one that gives me no error, and no event log of it (crash to desktop). Anyone have any solutions I could try out? Already cleared Origin cache, DX11--->DX12, disabled in game overlay, etc.

Remove any memory OC and try it. Still crashing then remove any video card OC and try again.

When using dx12, the game is crashing for many people. No mather if it's stock or OC. Dx 11 perfect stable with way less fps. Before 2 patches ago, 100% stable in dx12.

It is the game that is unstable in dx12, not the hardware.

For someone it's working, others not.
