How do u guys play the SP ? I like that the enemies are pretty deadly, but without quicksave, I guess I died a lot and stopped playing.

I don't really want to play as full stealth assassin, or as rambo standing by an ammo depot. How do you guys go about it ?

Holy crap EA, I went to play BFV and there's another 56GB update, I'm sure I've had a huge update like that before. What % of the data is actually new ? Can't they find a cheaper way, to only update what's actually changed ?

Holy crap again EA, after DLing that all day, now it crashes as it tries loading the game and goes full screen. I busy doing other things, so I can't restart the PC just yet. If that doesn't work, then what ????

I like to find a sniper and pick off a few people around largely populated objectives. Then sneak up and disable the alarms. After that I go full Rambo on the people that are left.

So far I only made it to the 2nd level I think, with 3 target areas, 1 being the airfield.

But the patch broke it. I tried deleting a bunch of cache data, all except 1 folder. That didn't work. When I start the game, it pops up as windowed, then 2-3 seconds later goes full screen, the logo spins 2-3 times, then just crashes to DT without any message or anything.

Maybe I'll try BF1 SP, or SWBF2 SP

Is there anything I can do about the terrible syrup like performance the game seems to have on DirectX 12? I have an RTX2080 and want to use RTX/DXR also in multiplayer as the raw FPS is plenty high enough but it feels so incredibly syrupy compared to DX11 all max settings. The difference is night and day really lol.

Anyone else noticed this "problem" on DX12?

Switching from DirectX 11 my FPS are higher on DirectX 12. The game runs sweet on my RTX 2070.

got 144hz monitor, but only getting round 100fps at 80% usage, same when playing alone in the training map...

Are you running BFV in directX 12 and do you have the most recent Nvidia drivers? Have you tried doing a clean uninstall and install of nvidia graphic drivers drivers?

Have tested DX11 & DX12, 12 gave me 100% usage, but alot of stuttering.

Running the latest driver, can try DDU-ing the driver and reinstall it.

I find the stuttering is on DX11 and DX12 so it's not caused by the DX version. Going from game server to game server some cause stuttering and some don't.
