Best F1 racing pc games 2019 ?

I'm playing F1 2014, and both Grid Autosport 1 and Dirt3 are installed. I've never finished any of them or any modern pc racing game, but I love racing. Now I have a SUPER GAMING rig, with a 1440p 155Hz Dell monitor planned very soon, with a old cheap Logitech Dual-stick controller (better get a new 1).

What are the best F1 games of the last few years ? The least buggy, best AI, best looking, etc. I really really miss the high revving 90s/'00 era, and would love to try the 80s HP era (WHY in the world isn't there a game of that ??)

And is D3 or GAS worth trying to finish for once, or should I just buy D4, GAS2 ? What about Forza, never tried any of them . That has LMP cars right ? I love them too.

codemasters are the only ones that have the license to make authentic f1 game.. the f1 2018 is good and it does have cars from the v10, v12 and v8 eras. Now i notice that you play with a controller and just because of that reason i dont think that you are serious enough for a true sim. but if one day you decide to invest in at least a set of pedals and a half decent wheel you should check out assetto corsa and its mods.. there is a mod called formula hybrid. in reality is the 2018 f1 cars but they cant call it that... the hybrid system of the curent cars is simulated much better on the mod than on the code masters game and also the tire model is much much better.

The codemaster f1 series is very good. Try that one.
