Ghost Recon Breakpoint CTD

I'm constantly getting CTD's. System is at complete stock settings (CPU stock, GPU stock, RAM JEDEC 2133). Fresh Windows 10 install. Latest GPU and chipset drivers installed. The game is running at 60+ FPS on Ultra. Plenty of VRAM and RAM left over. Running Windows 10.

Tried the following:
Various GPU drivers.
Verified game files. No corruption.
Tried using MS drivers only.
Lowered game graphics settings.
Disabled page file.
Cleaned system standby list.
Windowed mode.
Tried a different BIOS.
Not running any software or overlays.
Ran Uplay and game in admin mode.

Seems to crash to desktop quickly when flying helicopters over mountains...

I'm wondering if my saved game file is bad.

Any help? See sig for rig details. Only difference is system is at stock and GPU is 5700 XT and using EVO PLUS 500GB.

Intel Core i9 9900K HT 5GHz
GIGABYTE Z390 Ultra
Nvidia MSI Trio-X RTX 2080 Super
G-Skill Trident 2x8GB DDR4 4000MHz
Samsung EVO PLUS NVM.e 500GB
SeaSonic 1250W Gold
Tt Core-X71 + Custom Loop.

OK I tested wildlands and it does not crash to desktop. Just breakpoint is crashing! I have plenty of VRAM and RAM and temps are all way below limit spec. Again, the crash only happens when flying across the map in helicopters.

delete all game files and re-download and see whats up is about the best I can tell ya. your saved game points will be right back where you left off, so dont worry about that.

Thank you for the help. Sadly this didn't work and I accidently deleted my character from the cloud save and Ubi can't restore it so I've given up entirely on this title I'm afraid.
