also one more not a ntoskrnl it is a usb driver i think

benz what is this going to do ? when i have failure it wont restart ? and how would that be benificial to me ? wouldent that cause more problems ?

I just have to ask: Is the multiplier the ONLY thing you changed? Did you change the voltages?
If you didn't, you have the answer right here.

yes that's the only thing i changed ... i need to increase my voltage huh ill get a reading now of what it currently is

seems like you have an aftermarket cooler. have you installed the cooler properly?. download coretemp http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/ and tell us the temps you are getting.

anyways under 100 % load prime 95 i dont go over 70 degrees normal operating is at around 33

also my 4th core is always a little hotter around 3 to 4 degrees ?

if you really did push the 2500k to 3.9ghz without changing then theres your problem, when you're not gaming im assume intel speedstep jumps in and makes sure that the full clock isnt on so when you're messing around on web browser etc youre only ~3.3ghz, but when you game it pushes it to 3.9ghz when the cpu doesnt have enough power (v's) to do so
