It's only gotten noticeable recently, when my audio would crackle for a split second every 30 seconds whenever I'm doing something, such as listening to music. Any idea what could be causing this?

overclocking / system overheating?
I had simiilar issues when my motherboard was acting up but its kinda hard to tell what you're problem is just from the CPU graph and performance monitor :/

turn on some music (?) and check task manager to see which processes are acting up maybe

I have an OC on my 2500K to 4.5GHz, temps are at 30-37C idle. GPU is also OC'ed but temps aren't an issue there either.

I have had two BSOD's recently while gaming with 101, so I pumped my vCore up from 1.325 to 1.350 and still got a BSOD. I put it at 1.370 now and I haven't had a problem, except for this now.

Also it only happens on audio for a video, not foobar, which I'm testing now.

What are you using to play video?

i had the same problem before. you need to update your audio drivers or BIOS to the latest.

I'm not using any audio drivers outside of the generic ones Windows provide.

From my experience, its either software clash / virus or hardware problems.
Maybe check up both?

Have you tried system restore?

And you say it just started happening recently? Have you checked to see if Windows Update automatically installed new drivers?

It's actually been going on for a while, but I actually saw today where it starting spiking alot, and I got pretty annoyed when I was watching a stream and my audio was crackling a lot. So I thought I would check up on it.

And last Windows update were a few security ones on January 8th, and then a few more on December 22nd.

Cleaned out my video drivers and updated, restarting to see if maybe that had anything to do with it.
