Delidded Chip was binned @ 1.387V Core with -2AVX @ 4.9 GHz
but not accepting lottery defeat, added a H1101i (dual 140mm) with push pull config (560 mm -l)
and DDR4 3200 to get 1.435V Core with -2AVX @ 5.2 GHz instead
IMO temps look good, but getting random bsod after 30 min, which sounds like thermal issue?
The rig runs rock solid at binned settings (4.9) so maybe its the wafer or my cheap video card?
Change the AVX to 7, and seems stable so far, but not sure why that would help? So, its is voltage issue ?
Thankyou everyone for the feedback. From encrypted11 link I can see I missed the lottery boat by about 7 months, so I have reduced the vcore by Goa80 advice. Except, I paid for Silicon Lottery binning when chip was delidded, so will use those findings:

Which is a marked improvement from 1.5V 24/7, but not the 1.387v target.
So I set vcore FIXED at 1.387, it changes instantly to 1.385 with this result:
Need help here please, is setting vore to FIXED dangerous?
Fixed is the safe bet for overclocking. Nothing dangerous unless it's too high.
If you run your chip well over the binned clocks at a Voltage of 1.5V or more (and who knows what sort of LLC you're running) you can damage the chip a bit. That damage shows up as requiring a higher VCore across the speed spectrum.
You can probably still make the 1.387V Core with -2AVX @ 4.9 GHz, but you may just need to run it turbo'd only on a single core and keep Ring Ratio @ ~40-44.
