http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php...=Story&reid=73

Both hardocp and Pcper got 80-90mv at full load on the 12v rail doing their testing so it has never had very good ripple suppression
https://www.pcper.com/reviews/Cases-...d-Power-Factor
https://www.hardocp.com/article/2007...power_supply/8

There is only one review i found that said 25mv and with 1 against 3 i am trusting the majority results which means the TX750 with the orange sticker is not very good

That's what you meant by orange sticker!

I thought you meant this:

That has the orange in it. Their new labels don't.

I had the HX1000W from that timeframe with twin 500W supplies on the shared PCB inside.

I would agree that Corsair PSUs with that style label, from that era, had issues.

One of the 500W supplies in mine died just after the warranty expired and it always had issues holding a good 12V under ~85% load.

There are 5 or 6 version of the TX and i cant recall how every one of them looks so all i could recall was orange sticker
I had a HX1000 as well and it died on me taking my Asus Rampage III Extreme and my Club 3D Radeon HD 5970 with it when it died but thank god that the I7 975 Extreme CPU survived

The HX1000 i threw in the trash as the shop i bought it from was bankrupt but the Rampage III Extreme and the 5970 was replaced under warranty by another shop
Got upgraded for free to the Rampage III Black Edtion which was a much better motherboard so that was actually a good deal

Update today, I used the Bios switch on my MOBO, yes my mobo has a switch to use another BIOS.. didn't work, same symptoms!

I installed an Antec EA650 Platinum PSU (got from brother)... didn't work, same symptoms!

That leaves MOBO and CPU.

I would place bet on mobo yet everything works fine as long as I boot using Ram trick.. and I can game for hrs on end and do whatever with zero errors.

ps. my PSU is the yellow one Renegade posted

So I just checked my Bios version and its F5:

BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. F5, 2014-05-07

Pretty sure there is an F6 or 7 from 2016.. I need to load that up

SOLVED !!

You know the song by Beck? I'm a loser baby so why don't you kill me..

I thought I checked my bios version and seen the most recent.. far off, I was rocking an F5 from 2014 so I updated with the F8 and poof.. seems to load even quicker now!

.. you know.. You'd think a PC would be able to give you a heads up like, Hey your Bios is old and will stop working, please update!

not just stop working some random day and giving guys panic attacks

.. anyway I turned the system on and off a few times now, seems quicker and for now working.. If anything changes I'll re-update

Thanks for the support and help fellas, one would think thats the first thing you check.. I guess one would be wrong

Wow look at the difference between the new Bios and the old.. biggest change obviously being 1.190 Vcore vs 1.38 for turbo 4.4Ghz.. damn!

LOL, there IS something that tells you that and none of us ever use it:

The software that comes in the box on the CD. You know, that OEM software that is clunky, cumbersome, and causes BSODs half the time? Yea well, that will tell you if your BIOS has an update available, lol!
